Terms of Design
Terms of Design:
Paypal is my preferred method of payment. Once you submit this new client questionnaire and pay a deposit of half your total due, you will be placed in the queue in the order I receive both parts - questionnaire and payment. I will contact you to acknowledge your place in the queue and about approximate wait times. Please keep in mind this varies, and will be expedited by checking your email frequently and promptly returning my emails. A blog makeover is often rapid-fire of email communications. Please check your email often during the process! Graphically Designing is a family-friendly, one-mom shoppe and I often work next to my children. If I cannot open your blog in their presence, I reserve the right to decline your business. Graphically Designing will not be part of makeovers if the content is vulgar or offensive. Please note that excessive redos, above and beyond the normal tweaking, will be charged an additional hourly rate of $25/hour. If you change your mind and back out of the queue, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 fee to cover my Paypal and bookkeeping costs as well as the business I lose/turn away because of the spot you hold. I retain intellectual property of your design, and require that all parts of the blog's design remain intact. If you choose to replace those design elements, my terms require that you start over and choose a new template. I also offer a la carte design items for when you are ready for an update! These are affordable ways to update your space without starting all over. Because I publish your blog as my work, it reflects my design ability. If you alter it, it is no longer a reflection of my work. I am happy to work with you when you are ready for changes. I love redesigns! By submitting your questionnaire and deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here. A button announcing that I did your makeover will be installed in your sidebar. You are free to place it wherever you'd like on your sidebar(s), but please do not alter or remove it. (Commercial projects are not required to host the button, but I'd be tickled pretty if they did!)
